Instructions

One designated member of management in each store will:

o   Collect Requests via the provided HW CMNH Fundraising Apparel Order Form.

o   Place one order online. Note: there must be a 10-item minimum per location.

o   Pay via credit or debit card online.

  • Reimburse payment out of 165 account in the Cash Office to paying associate.
  • Collect money (CASH) from each shirt ordered when order arrives (see timeline below).
  • Deposit collected shirt money into account 165 in the Cash Office.

 

Timeframe

Place your order by May 1

Receive your order between May 15 - June 1

 

This CMN Campaign Preorder Site is supported by The Roark Group, Inc in partnership with Walmart + Sam's Club to provide branded apparel to store associates supporting CMN fundraising efforts.

*Card transactions will appear as The Roark Group, Inc. Reimbursements are to be paid out of Account 165 in the Cash Office.
